  Securely pack the device in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure the return meets our quality inspection standards.

  Ship the Item

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 3 to 5 business days.
